Port of Brinston

The delta cannot be dredged deeply enough for ocean going vessels.  Because of this, the Port of Brinston was established about twelve miles south of the city of Brinston on the coast of the Barrier Ocean..  This allows the deep keeled ocean going vessels into the Merchants' Harbor.  There are a large number of numbered buoys that the ocean going vessels should follow to get to their dock.  The Port of Brinston allows the navy to keep foreign ships out of the Harbor of Brinston.  Many merchants have offices both in Brinston and in the port.  River barges and overland roads move cargo from the port to the city.
