The ancient capital of the Goblin Empire lies in ruins somewhere between Rhum and the Slyvanian Forest. Legend puts it "at the foot of the great mountain Yuppa Testonlyn". Many horrifying legends surround this city, but it is known to have been the trade hub of the entire Goblin Empire which ruled the continent 1,200 years ago. Stories of solid gold bears and coffins of platinum are among the better known rumors, but the ruin is said to be a city of the dead, with ghosts wandering about their everyday activities.
