Lady in White

There is a semi-mysterious woman who most frequently is described as being dressed in white (a white that is of extreme value).  She is obviously extremely wealthy and has engaged in various philanthropic projects.  She has been reported in Rhum, Brinston, Parnania and Nanerette.  Whether she is one woman or many is debated.  What is known is that she may be conducted by bodyguards, but she does not seem to be under the control of a man, neither husband nor father, but is her own woman.  There are several debated suspects, but no one is confirmed.  Even her existence is questioned.  Assuming she does exist, she is considered untouchable; her bodyguards are too fierce.
