Located just east of Brinston in the middle of the Elhebenea is small island just barely above the river's surface. Typically a nesting site for hundreds of cranes, developers have built a casino here on wooden stilts. Outside of Brinston, the casino claims independence from Briston's laws, making a prime site for intrigue and deception.
The muddy island is separated from the shore of the Elebher. At one time it was a peninsula, but a low-point in the land eroded. During low tide, a person could walk there, but a foot and a half of water and almost a foot of mud. At high tide there will be up to a three feet of water. A pontoon bridge was set up for safer walking.
Recent developments have expanded the facility to include the casino with an attached bar and small brewery.
